DROP 001 shipping rates, destinations, processing expectations, and final return details will be confirmed before the collection is activated for sale.

SHIPPING

DROP 001 is being configured with our production and fulfillment partner. We will publish realistic processing and delivery expectations only after the final products, variants, and fulfillment setup are verified.

RETURNS

If OPS gets it wrong, we make it right.

For a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the working return window is 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags where applicable. Final eligibility and return instructions will be confirmed before launch.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact OPS with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damage caused by wear, misuse, incorrect care, or alterations is not automatically eligible. OPS may decline returns or claims where there is evidence of abuse or policy misuse.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

We will not activate DROP 001 until customer-facing shipping, sizing, care, and return information is complete enough to make an informed purchase.
